Mark 12:37 Here is the setting.. the teachers of the law, the guys who prided themselves on having studied diligently the law of Moses and the prophets - the Old Testament as we call it today, are on a mission. They surround our Master, Jesus asking what they perceived were hard questions. Questions on taxes, resurrection, and the law. Jesus was patient with them and answered them all in a simple yet profound manner....
Because of your unbelief, for verily I say unto you; if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, remove hence unto yonder place and it shall remove and nothing shall be impossible unto you. Matthew 17:20 Is there any mountain in your life that hasn’t moved”? It could be of finances, sickness, worry, stress, or unruly children. Here we see Jesus in essence saying that all these mountains and all the rest unmentioned in your life, by faith can be moved....
Again I say unto you, that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. Matthew 18:19 If there is a most underrated power, I’d say it is this one. The power of agreement. Looking at today’s scripture we see how powerful agreeing is. And the Lord being loving and merciful as He is didn’t make it difficult for us....

He is a Christian and has been since he was a young child. But as you may have found out, some questions do linger in the back of our minds. Many of them center on how God goes about His business....
Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands and that He was come from God and went to God; He riseth from supper, and laid aside His garments; and took a towel, and girded Himself. John 13:3-4 The Bible says that if you humble yourself before the Lord, He will exalt you. And he who exalts himself will be humbled. What Christ did in washing His disciples’ feet is a powerful lesson and example which we should follow....
